Please remember that we do not offer refunds for cancellations of any new orders as we begin processing and preparing your meal as soon as we receive your order. We prepare each meal to your specifications, so if you cancel at the last minute, the meal cannot simply be resold, resulting in wastage.
For pre-orders, you can cancel your order at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund.
Customers who fail to collect their order within the specified time and do not cancel in advance may lose their right to a refund.
